Shipping policy

1. Australian Orders

1.1 Delivery Charges

1.1.1 Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery location and the items in your order.

1.1.2 Final delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

1.1.3 All shipping charges are quoted in AUD and include GST.

1.2 Dispatch & Estimated Delivery

1.2.1 Orders placed before 1:00 pm AEST typically dispatch on the next business day, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.

1.2.2 Standard delivery time within Australia is approximately 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

1.2.3 During peak periods, public holidays, or in the event of carrier disruptions, delivery timeframes may extend beyond the standard estimate.

1.3 Delivery Delays

1.3.1 If an unexpected delay occurs, our team will contact you with an updated delivery estimate where possible.

1.3.2 SABI is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs inspections, or adverse weather.

1.4 Responsibility & Signatures

1.4.1 A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order.

1.4.2 Once delivery has been completed to the address provided (or a person at that address has signed for the order), responsibility for the products transfers to you.

1.4.3 Please ensure the delivery address supplied at checkout is accurate and attended, as SABI is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after successful delivery has been recorded by the carrier.

1.5 Large, Fragile or Made-to-Order Items

1.5.1 Certain pieces may require special handling, white-glove service, or specific delivery arrangements.

1.5.2 For these items, our team will contact you once your order is ready to coordinate a suitable delivery date and method.

1.5.3 Additional delivery charges may apply for oversized, remote, or special-service deliveries; where applicable, these will be communicated prior to confirming arrangements.

2. International Orders

2.1 Current Availability

2.1.1 At this time, SABI ships within Australia only.

2.1.2 We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to addresses outside Australia.

2.2 Future Updates

2.2.1 As SABI grows, we may extend our shipping network to selected international locations.

2.2.2 Any updates to our international shipping offering will be communicated on sabipets.com.au and reflected in this policy.

3. General Shipping Terms

3.1 All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorisation.

3.2 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking details where this service is available.
