SABI DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

AUSTRALIA DELIVERY

  1. Our Delivery Partner: We partner with AusPost to deliver our products across Australia. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  2. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges vary depending on the products ordered and the delivery destination. You will be informed of the applicable delivery charges when placing your order. All prices include GST.

  3. Estimated Delivery Date: From the date of order confirmation, we aim to deliver your products within 5-7 business days for standard deliveries. Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST typically ship the next working day, subject to stock availability and successful payment processing.

  1. Final Order Dates for Pre-Christmas Delivery:

    • 01/12/2024: For large & heavy item deliveries.

    • 15/12/2024: For standard deliveries.

  2. Changes to Estimated Delivery Date: We, or AusPost, will notify you if any events outside of our control delay the delivery. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will notify you, and you can opt to cancel your order. SABI will provide a full refund.

  3. When Delivery Has Taken Place: Responsibility for the products passes from SABI to you once delivery has been completed.

  4. Signatures: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

  5. Large & Made-to-Order Items: Large & heavy items, or custom orders, may require special delivery arrangements and have longer lead times, up to 12 weeks. Our customer services team will contact you to arrange delivery when your order is ready.

AUSTRALIA RETURNS

Cancellation of Your Order (Returns)
  1. Cancelling Orders Made Online: As a consumer, you may return your products for any reason within 14 days of delivery. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

  2. When You Cannot Cancel: You cannot cancel an order for products that are made-to-order, customized, or bespoke.

Returning Faulty Products
  1. Your Legal Rights: Under Australian Consumer Law, products must:

    • Be as described,

    • Be fit for purpose,

    • Be of satisfactory quality.

  2. If Products Are Faulty:

    • You may reject faulty products within 30 days of delivery.

    • You may request a replacement within the warranty period (up to 5 years for limited edition products, 3 years for extended warranty products, and 12 months for others). If a replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.

  3. Made-to-Order Products: Made-to-order, customized, or bespoke products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

  4. Returning Products:

Change of mind

Our customer services team will send you a returns authorization code. Enter the code onto the returns slip that you have received as part of the shipment, and attach the label securely to the outside of each box being returned.

Please note: Any goods received without authorization will not qualify for a refund and will be rejected upon delivery to our returns center.

  1. Product Condition: All products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact.

  2. Return Address: All products should be returned to:

  1. Return Costs:

    • Faulty Products: We will cover the reasonable cost of returning faulty products.

    • Non-Faulty Products: You are responsible for return shipping costs if you change your mind.

  2. Refunds: If entitled to a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Deductions may be made for products returned in unsaleable condition, and a restocking fee may apply for returns outside the return period or if the products are damaged.
